Highlights of the Tour:

• The town of Kota Bharu is known for its highly skilled artisans and its diverse cottage industries. Join us for a quick visit of a batik factory, a kite-making centre and a silver-craft centre. We'll also introduce you "songket", an intricately woven cloth that requires much skill and artistry. The highlight of this tour is the most photographed market in Malaysia, the Pasar Besar Siti Khadijah. It is a colorful market selling various local products. There is always a hive of activity with opportunities to observe local practices.
